Provide Your Own Fuel: Bike/Walk

If you're looking for a freeing, flexible and fun way to go car free, you can't do much better than biking or walking. Try one of these self-powered options, and you won't have to pay for gas, get stuck in traffic, or go to the gym afterward for a workout. Today's Goal: Take a small trip on bike or on foot – maybe to the grocery store, a bus stop or Metro station, or a restaurant for lunch.

Today's Advanced Goal: Make your entire commute a workout by biking or walking all the way to work or school. Make sure you drink plenty of water – and you might want to bring a change of clothes for when you arrive.
