Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) is planning a community meeting regarding the proposed Magarity Road Walkway improvements.
The meeting will begin with time to review display boards showing the proposed concept plans, followed by a formal presentation at 7:15 pm.
This project was part of the 2014 County Dialogue on Transportation. Residents of Pimmit Hills, the neighborhood south of Magarity Road, and the Westgate Elementary School requested a walkway on the south side of the street to allow more children to walk and bike to school safely.
